The cutting board set is made of food grade PP, BPA free. The specialcompression process makes the chopping board more compact, not easily deformed,and porous.
The cutting board has index tabs to indicate the type of food that should beused: fish, cooked food, raw meat, fruit and vegetables. Red cutting boards havemeat icons, white cutting boards are for charcuterie or bread, green cuttingboards are for vegetables and fruit, and blue cutting boards are for fish andshellfish. Cutting boards of different colors and different purposes makekitchen cutting boards more hygienic and avoid cross-contamination.
Non-slip handle for better grip and 4 non-slip rubber corners to keep thecutting board stable while in use.
The cutting board holder can support 4 cutting boards, the sides and bottomof the cutting board holder are hollowed out for better ventilation, keeping thecutting boards dry and clean. Non-slip base provides better support.
