The Digital Baking & Candy Thermometer by Polder is an all-inclusivedigital instant read thermometer delivering accurate temperature readings in aslittle as 8 seconds.
The thermometer is ideal for candy, baking and even meats. Simply remove thehigh-heat silicone spatula when cooking with meat or poultry or keep the spatulaattached when stirring melting chocolate, yogurts, jams, or other sweets orpreserves.
