Ultra-high hardness, high temperature, corrosion resistance, sharpness, wearresistance and
never rust. Cutting food with a metal knife will destroy the natural taste ofthe food. This
phenomenon does not occur when using ceramic knives.
It is used for cutting fruits, vegetables and boneless meat, not suitable forprying, bending,
shredding or deboning.
It can be used on plastic or wood cutting boards to avoid cutting frozen foodor marble, glass
and steel surface.
After each use, it is best to clean the knife with a neutral detergent. Donot wash knives in the
dishwasher.
