PL8: Professional Mandoline
The Professional Mandoline by PL8 is inspired by strength, simplicity andsafety, making it the ultimate slicer for professional and home use. TheProfessional Mandoline features the following:
- 4 x adjustable slicing thicknesses, 2 x julienne and 1 x waffle cut
- Slicing thicknesses approximately: 1mm, 3.5mm, 5.5mm and 7.5mm

Delivery Times
We use CourierPost for most orders, which allows for fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. Delivery times are 1-2 working days but can vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address.
Heavy and Bulky Goods
Larger products will be shipped via Mainfreight. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks.
New Zealand Delivery Rates
Most of our products ship for $4.90 to $8.90 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. An accurate shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.
