Create perfect pastries and other bakes with the “Truebake” SiliconePastry Mat from Tovolo. Being multi-functional, the mat can be used as a doughkneading station, while the high-heat resistant silicone allows for use in theoven and microwave. Its grid lines help create uniform baked goods, and guideeven spacing for baking.
The silicone baking mat is naturally non-stick and protects pans from grimecreated from sticky bakes, alleviating the need for baking paper, or greasingwith butter or oil. The mat's thin surface provides just enough insulation toprevent burning, while allowing for an even bake.
