- Do not overfill – Fill only up to two-thirds capacity and expel excessair before sealing.

- Store properly – When not in use, keep your hot water bottle empty,uncapped, and in a cool, dry place.
- Replace every 2–3 years – Hot water bottles naturally degrade overtime, so regular replacement is recommended for safety.
Delivery Times
We use CourierPost for most orders, which allows for fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. Delivery times are 1-2 working days but can vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address.

Larger products will be shipped via Mainfreight. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks.
