Differenttypes of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed. Batteries areto be inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted batteries are to be removedfrom the product. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
Delivery Times
We use CourierPost for most orders, which allows for fast and reliable delivery to destinations across their comprehensive domestic network. Delivery times are 1-2 working days but can vary depending on a product's stock status and the intended delivery address.
Heavy and Bulky Goods
Larger products will be shipped via Mainfreight. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for heavy and bulky goods like chairs and desks.
New Zealand Delivery Rates
Most of our products ship for $4.90 to $8.90 NZD per shipment, not including heavy and bulky goods. An accurate shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process.

Most orders are shipped using New Zealand Post and these parcels are shipped with no-signature required. For our heavy and bulky goods, these are shipped via Mainfreight with signature required.
